We work with professionals who know what they're teaching
Our instructors collaborate with yoga studios, wellness centers, and health professionals to ensure what you learn reflects current best practices, not just theory.
Active Studio Partnerships
Four established yoga studios in Kyiv provide ongoing input on teaching methods, helping us stay connected to what works in real practice environments.
Physical Therapy Consultants
Two licensed physical therapists review our curriculum quarterly to ensure proper alignment guidance and injury prevention approaches.
Wellness Center Network
Seven wellness facilities refer their clients to our platform, trusting our approach complements their in-person services.
What the numbers actually show
Practice three or more times weekly after two months
Based on 2,340 students who completed at least 8 weeks of sessions between September 2024 and February 2025. We track attendance and self-reported practice frequency through post-session surveys.
Average instructor rating from student feedback
Across 18,750 completed sessions and 15 active instructors. Students rate each session on clarity, helpfulness, and alignment guidance. All ratings are visible on instructor profiles.
Continue past their initial 4-week commitment
Among 3,120 students who enrolled since October 2024. Most cite accountability and real-time feedback as primary reasons for staying beyond their trial period.
How we organize learning
Group Sessions
Live classes with 8-12 participants. Scheduled at fixed times throughout the week. You practice alongside others while the instructor provides general guidance and addresses common alignment issues. Good for building routine and community.
Private Lessons
One-on-one sessions booked around your schedule. The instructor focuses entirely on your form, addresses your specific limitations, and adjusts sequences to your current ability level. Helpful when you need detailed attention or have particular concerns.
Combination Approach
Most students do both. You might join group sessions twice weekly for consistent practice, then book a monthly private lesson to work on specific poses or get personalized feedback. You can adjust the mix based on what you need at any given time.
Self-Paced Materials
Recorded sequences and reference videos you can access between live sessions. These aren't meant to replace instructor feedback but give you something to follow when you want to practice on your own. Updated monthly based on common student questions.
What sets this apart from other options
These aren't revolutionary ideas. They're just specific choices we made about how to run online yoga instruction.
Cameras Required
We need to see your form to give useful feedback. If you're not comfortable being on camera, this probably won't work for you.
Live Correction Only
Instructors adjust your form during the session. We don't record classes or provide later review. You're expected to pay attention and apply feedback in the moment.
Small Group Caps
Group sessions max out at 12 people. This means your preferred time slots might fill up, but it also means instructors can actually watch everyone.
No Drop-In Flexibility
You commit to specific weekly times for group sessions. We don't offer unlimited class hopping because instructors need to track your progress week to week.
Minimum 4-Week Terms
You can't just try one class. Initial enrollment requires at least four weeks because that's how long it takes to see if our approach works for you.
Instructor Matching
We assign you to an instructor based on your experience level and schedule. You can request changes, but we don't guarantee you'll get your first choice.
What happens if things don't work out
Four-Week Trial Period
After your first four weeks, if you don't think the sessions are helping, we'll refund 50% of what you paid. You need to have attended at least 75% of scheduled sessions and explain specifically what wasn't working.
Schedule Protection
If we have to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you get that session free. This has happened 12 times in the past year, usually due to instructor illness.
Pause Option
You can pause your enrollment once per year for up to 6 weeks. Useful if you're traveling or dealing with an injury. Give us one week's notice and your spot stays reserved.
Instructor Changes
If you're not connecting with your assigned instructor, request a switch. We'll move you within two weeks, though you might need to adjust your schedule to match another instructor's availability.
Who actually uses this
Oleksandr Kovalenko
IT Project Manager, Kyiv
Started in November 2024 after his back problems got worse from sitting all day. Does two group sessions weekly plus a monthly private lesson to work on lower back flexibility. Says the scheduled times force him to actually practice instead of just thinking about it.
Dmytro Petrenko
Physical Therapist, Lviv
Joined in January 2025 to deepen his own practice after recommending yoga to patients for years. Appreciates that instructors understand anatomy and can explain why specific poses help with particular issues. Mostly does private sessions to focus on advanced variations.
