Learning programs that work with your schedule
Pick between group sessions where you learn with others or private lessons tailored to what you need. Both options include regular practice schedules, feedback from instructors, and materials you can access anytime.
Three ways to build a consistent practice
Whether you're starting from scratch or picking up where you left off, the structure is flexible enough to fit how you actually live.
Group sessions
Join scheduled classes with up to 12 students. You get real-time corrections, questions answered live, and the momentum that comes from showing up with others who are working on similar challenges.
Private lessons
Book one-on-one time when you need focused attention on specific poses, alignment issues, or practice goals. Sessions adapt to your pace and target exactly what you're struggling with or want to improve.
Hybrid approach
Combine both formats based on what your week looks like. Attend group classes for regular structure, then schedule private sessions when you hit something that needs extra work or when life gets unpredictable.
How a typical program unfolds
-
1
Initial assessment
You start with a short session where we figure out what you can already do, what feels uncomfortable, and what you want to get better at. This helps match you with the right class level or set up a private lesson plan that makes sense.
-
2
Regular practice blocks
Classes run in 8-week cycles with 2-3 sessions per week. Each block builds on what you learned before—starting with foundation work and gradually adding complexity. Private lessons follow custom timelines based on your availability and goals.
-
3
Progress checkpoints
Every few weeks, we review what's working and what isn't. This isn't about testing—it's about adjusting the approach so you keep making progress without feeling stuck or pushing too hard too fast.
-
4
Access between sessions
You get video recordings of class sequences, written notes on technique points, and suggested variations for home practice. If something wasn't clear during the session, you can review it later or bring questions to the next class.
I tried drop-in classes before but never stuck with it. Having a set schedule and knowing the same people would be there made me actually show up. After three months I can hold poses I couldn't even attempt before.

Group program participant
Private lessons let me work around my consulting schedule and focus on my back issues. The instructor adjusted everything to what I could safely do and gradually increased difficulty as things got better.
