15.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Curinath individually. You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Curinath regarding your use of our services.
16.2 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Assignment
